QUALIFICATIONS
Rental Qualifications
This is a list of qualifications that we are looking for in a tenant:

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have good rental history with someone other than a friend or relative

Cannot have any evictions, lawsuits or judgments from a previous landlord
04
Must be able to get the utilities turned on in your own name
05
Must have been on your job for at least 9 months or at least in the same career field
06
No major criminal background
07
Must have at least reasonable credit, it does not have to be perfect
08
Must have sufficient income to pay the rent plus all of your other current debts.
